Thrifts!!

Hello!
I am on my way to class, but this past weekend I went shopping and was able to get some terrific things at Saver's! I found my new favorite polyester dress!!! And a brooch to put on my bonnets, plus some snazzy pieces for a song at the Art Festival, like bags of clip-on earrings that I can also use for hats! I am busy with midterms, knitting custom hats for my fellow employees, and work!

I wish I could have kept these lovelies, but they didn't fit, so I'm selling them!

My never-been used, American Tourister grape-colored makeup case that has a pretty floral lining and it came with keys so I can lock it up! $15 at Saver's!!! I also got the pretty frame to use near my bonnets at work!

The Revolutionary Costume for Today!

So I got bored and I have also been watching too much Grey Gardens. That's why I decided to wear my pencil skirt as a dress. With lacey tights. And crazy Donna Karen F/w rtw 08 hair. People stared, I wore it to class, the mall, and luncheon with Billy. I think everyone thinks I am insane....

I have been knitting away at my bonnets lately, and I am selling three at work! I am however, concerned that no one who isn't me would wear these pieces. ...Until January 20th, when Obama is in the white house and that crazy (doggone)woman disappears...
I was really digging the crazy beehive look all last week. I thought I was channeling Amy Winehouse (Expect I stuffed mine with hair, not heroin). Apparently, I looked like a Sara Palin- wannabe as three people informed me. I think I'd rather borrow one of her guns and shoot myself. School has been busy, I finished my Grey Gardens paper but I am quite frantic about other subjects! I am sad that this bitch does her hair like me, but come January, I should be all set. I think she stuffs her hair with coon skins.
