Welcome to Pink Marshmallow Girl! I am MJ, 21 years of age, about to graduate from Providence College as an English Major! I love to read, and I am currently endeavoring to read all of the 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die, compiled by Peter Boxall. Unfortunately for me, I do not want to become a teacher...or a writer...or a lawyer...I think I would like to go into fashion journaling or styling. The issue is that I have plenty of experience writing, and I worked in a high end retail store for nearly two years, plus my life is clothes and experimenting, but I have not really combined the two. I also really enjoy different kinds of music, some of my favorites are M.I.A. whose fashion sense also rocks, the Beatles of course, Pixies and anything else that inspires me.
Right now I really love the nautical/sailor style and I will have a few more posts featuring this theme in the future...above I am wearing a navy blue and white striped boatneck from H&M(Last season), a pleated thin wale cord skirt from Old Navy in a beige, a vintage sailor's cap of my sister's, and some Sperry Topsiders from Nordstrom.
I am unsure about the sailor's cap, I think its a bit much!
